I had the most amazing experience with ice bath, saunas, spa, full body massage, facial and leg compression. I've never experienced anything like it and felt so relaxed afterwards. The ladies were so kind and went out of their way.

I have been using the beautiful facilities at Balnea for over a month and highly recommend it to anyone looking to really reach optimal health. The staff are always so lovely and helpful.

My partner and I use Balnea facilities at least three times a week. We love it! We feel healthier and it gives us a chance to take some time off our busy schedule to connect. Highly recommend!

This place is absolutely incredible. The hot-cold therapy does wonders for my health and wellbeing, both physical and mental. So well designed with a clean yet warm finish.

So good to have this available in Murwillumbah. I use the cold water therapy to manage my inflammation. Love that I can jump in and out of this with the sauna. Compression boots are great if you've been hitting the gym or mountains hard :) Tom and the team are great too.
